At Luxe Lingerie Shop, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchases of our premium lingerie and intimate apparel. Should you need to return or exchange an item, our process is designed to be as seamless and elegant as the lingerie we curate.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt must be included

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following intimate items:

  • Bridal lingerie sets (due to their special occasion nature)
  • Bodysuits (both standard and DD+ collections)
  • Bra & Brief/Thong sets

These items are only eligible for exchange if defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our team: Email us at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for approval: Our lingerie specialists will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Package your items: Securely package the items you’re returning, including all original tags and packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship your return: Send your package to the address provided with your RMA. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival):

  • We will process your refund to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
  • PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24 hours

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement item(s) desired
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item within 2 business days

If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference. If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference.
