We take 1-2 business days to process your order with the attention to detail our luxury pieces deserve. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We offer two refined shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivering your order within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note we currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions. For specific country inquiries, please contact our customer service.

Payment Options

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for your convenience.

Returns & Exchanges

While we carefully curate each piece in our collection, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be necessary. Our policy is designed to maintain both your satisfaction and the integrity of our intimate apparel.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A copy of your order confirmation must accompany your return

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items (eligible for exchange only if defective):

  • Bridal lingerie sets (due to their special occasion nature)
  • Bodysuits (both standard and DD+ collections)
  • Bra & Brief/Thong sets

Return Process

Follow these steps for a seamless return experience:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using our template below.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our lingerie specialists will review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Package Items: Securely pack items with all original tags and packaging, including your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Chelmsford address (provided with your RMA). We recommend trackable shipping as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days):

  • We’ll process your refund to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds appear within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24 hours

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly specify your desired replacement item(s) in your email
  • We’ll ship your new item within 2 business days of receiving your return
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded as appropriate

We cover shipping costs for replacement items.
